ElectroCraft Inc., Dover, N.H., recently acquired the operating assets of e-Motion Drives and Controls, Stuttgart, Germany, a company that makes high performance speed controls and servo drives for PMDC and brushless motors. The acquisition will enhance ElectroCraft's engineered motor and motion control product offering, which ranges from appliance components to medical equipment. The deal will also help to expand the company's international presence.
