SQ77 Series rolling bearings feature built-in electrical insulation for protection against current discharge and electrical corrosion. Features & benefits

SQ77 Series rolling bearings feature built-in electrical insulation for protection against current discharge and electrical corrosion.

Features & benefits

  • Three versions: SQ77 has an oxide ceramic insulation layer on the outer ring; SQ77E has an insulation layer on the inner ring; SQ77B hybrid bearings feature ceramic rolling elements with theoretically infinite insulation resistance

  • SQ77 and SQ77E ceramic insulation is applied through plasma spraying; 1,000 Vac/Vdc dielectric strength

  • Outer ring insulation available as cylindrical roller bearings or deep-groove ball bearings in various designs, dimensions, clearance classes
