New Products: High-strength UV-curing adhesive

Clear adhesive cures in air or under UV light.

Master Bond UV10TK40 modified epoxy adhesive has a tensile strength of 8,300 psi and a Shore D hardness over 75. It cures tack free in air and gels rapidly upon UV light exposure to a Tg over 94°C. The adhesive has low shrinkage and good dimensional stability, heat stability, and chemical resistance.

The adhesive is 100% reactive and contains no volatiles or hazardous solvents. It is recommended for clear coating, sealing, and bonding in any application requiring critical alignment or exact positioning.
