Room-temperature epoxy - Master Bond Inc.

June 1, 2010
The epoxy is electrically insulated even after prologed exposure to moisture.

EP30 low viscosity two-component epoxy has good chemical resistance, dimensional stability, hardness, electrical insulation, and optical clarity. It cures normally at ambient temperatures or can be accelerated with moderate heat. The epoxy bonds metals, ceramics, glass, and many plastics, with aluminum-to-aluminum lap shear strength over 3,000 psi for aluminum to aluminum bonds.
Master Bond EP30 comes in ½ pint, pint, quart, gallon, and 5 gallon kits. Gun applicators, double-pouch divider packs, and a USP Class VI-approved version are available.
