Sapphire and ruby orifices from 0.0004 through 0.081 in. have flow rates from, ‹0.5-ccm dry air and target dispense tips, oxygen flow restrictors, medical and analytical gas applications. They are well suited for applications of high wear and chemical resistance. Sapphire and ruby are nonthrombogenic, have zero porosity, and do not outgas. Orifices come mounted in a variety of materials including stainless, Peek and titanium, and can be supplied with or without filters.
