Custom Pneumatic Springs

Custom-designed pneumatic gas springs are for virtually any type of equipment from automotive to satellite-delivery systems.

Compression, locking, tension, and stainless-steel versions can be manufactured to custom specifications. Materials include anodized aluminum, steel, and 316L stainless steel. The maintenance-free springs provide 2 to 2,000 lb of force with strokes ranging from 0.5 to 33 in. or more. Micro springs are available in 316L stainless steel. Typical applications include general industrial, food processing, pharmaceutical, aerospace, and marine.
