A flexible, electrically conductive ink, 40-3920, is a one-component silver-filled polymer for EMI/RFI shielding, membrane switches, flexible circuits, and polymer thick-film circuits.
It bonds to a variety of substrates including Kapton, Mylar, glass, polyester, and ceramics. The polymer has a 9,000-cps viscosity at 25°C, an electrical resistivity of 0.0002 w/cm, and a service-temperature range from 20 to 140°C. The polymer is screen printable or sprayable.
