The 956 Series of antirestart ignition switches protect starter motors from damage by preventing the operator from restarting a running engine.

The switches let the ignition turn to the restart position only from the ignition's off position. Operator's wishing to restart an engine must first turn the engine off and then restart. The antirestart switches can be retrofitted into any kind of vehicle.
