Industrial Ethernet Switch

Sept. 2, 2004
Standard function (SF) unmanaged Ethernet switches are multimode fiber/copper mixed switches and are comparable in price to media converters, eliminating the need for industrial hubs.

The SF switch line combines switched Ethernet connectivity for 8 or 16 (10/100 Mbps) ports with a range of one or two multimode 100-Mbps glass-fiber port options. Unmanaged switch functions include redundant power supplies, alarm contact, autonegotiation, and cable autocrossing.
