New Product: Gel threadlockers

Oct. 11, 2007
Permatex Gel Squeeze threadlockers prevent fastener loosening and failure caused by shock and vibration.

The gel flows easily into threads and blind holes, and cures without air when confined between close-fitting metal surfaces. The threadlockers withstand –65 to 300°F temperatures and cure at room temperature without cracking or shrinking. The 5-gm applicator provides pinpoint flow control, and the gels stay put, even on vertical, inverted, and hard-to-reach surfaces. Available formulations include Medium Strength Blue Gel Squeeze and High Strength Red Gel Squeeze.
