New Product: RoHS-Compliant Current Transformers

April 24, 2008
A new line of compact RoHS-compliant current transformers feature a 1:500 turns ratio and handle currents from 0.1 to 30 A.

Operating frequencies range from 50 to 400 Hz. The transformers have a primary resistance of .25 mΩ (maximum) with a secondary resistance of 21 Ω (maximum). Each model includes UL Recognized Class 130 (B) insulation. Custom designs for other current ranges or ratios are available with a 1,000-piece minimum order. Optional 1/4in. quick-connect terminals keep high current off printed-circuit boards and simplify connections.
