Paradrive oldham couplings for motion-control applications are comprised of two aluminum hubs with drive tenons that mate with a floating center member, allowing for easy sliding to accommodate angular and axial misalignment.

Paradrive oldham couplings for motion-control applications are comprised of two aluminum hubs with drive tenons that mate with a floating center member, allowing for easy sliding to accommodate angular and axial misalignment. Nylon disks are compliant to dampen vibrations and reduce noise. Acetal disks offer zero backlash and high torque capacity. Disks may be used as a torque limiter. Couplings are offered in setscrew or Nomar clamp-style hubs. Applications include encoders, positioning systems using servo and stepper motors and other light-duty drives.
