IEEE 1394-approved Eska plastic optical fibers serve in applications ranging from lighting/illumination to sensing and data transmission.

The RoHS-compliant, thin strands of plastic fiber and related cables come in many fiber diameters and cable jackets. Features include EMI/RFI immunity, ease of installation and termination, large core-to-clad ratio, and visible transmission range. The optical fibers support design, engineering, and manufacturing, including cutting, assembly, termination, and shaping of fibers and cables.
