Porous PTFE

March 8, 2007
Rulon P30, a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), is for applications that require porosity, antiadhesion, and universal chemical resistance.

PTFE won't contaminate gases and fluids and is hydrophobic so it absorbs little water. The material works in temperatures from –320 to 500°F (–200 to 260°C) and comes in rods, tubes, and sheets, as well as custom shapes.
