Feb. 17, 2005
Durabond 454 repair putty cures at room temperature, forming a machinable composite.

It bonds to most metals, plastics, high-performance composites, glass, and ceramics, and comes in premeasured dispenser tubes and disposable containers. The putty features high-temperature bond strength and stability, and good chemical, corrosion, and thermal shock resistance. Applications include bonding brake pads and assemblies; rebuilding worn housings and tank linings; and repairing pumps, valves, machines, and castings.
