The Model T1 torque-coupling rotary-torque transducer has a double-flex coupling that, along with the sensor, are completely hollow to provide the shortest distance between coupled shaft ends. Onboard digital electronics provide a ±5-V output, lownoise signal. The strain-gage-based coupling is powered by 12 to 28 Vdc and features ±15-bit resolution and a 10-kHz sample rate. The bearingless, contact-free coupling covers 50 to 1,000-Nm ranges and comes with factory-bored hubs for precise mating.
