EP21TDCSFL, a silver-filled epoxy, has a service operating temperature range of 4K to 250° F, a volume resistivity of <10–3 Ω-cm, is highly flexible, and has an elongation of >60%. It also has a tensile shear and T-peel strengths above 1.5 kpsi, and 30 pli, respectively, along with thermal conductivity on the order of 11 Btu/in./ft2/hr/°F. The two-component epoxy has a 1:1 mix ratio by weight or volume and cures at room temperatures or more rapidly at elevated temperatures. It can be applied on vertical surfaces with minimal sagging, is 100% reactive, contains no diluents or solvents, and outgasses little. It maintains good bond strength between dissimilar substrates that see thermal cycling and shocks. It comes in half-pint, pint, quart, and gallon kits as well as in premixed and frozen syringes.
