The IP 68-rated, stainless-steel PT4500 and PT4510 submersible pressure transmitters detect water levels or other media with similar density.

The IP 68-rated, stainless-steel PT4500 and PT4510 submersible pressure transmitters detect water levels or other media with similar density. The PT4510 transmitter is designed for low-level applications of up to 400 in., while the PT4500 is for ranges up to 100 psig.

The transmitters are placed at the bottom of the tank holding the liquid and convert pressure readings to an analog 4 to 20-mA output signal. The transmitter’s electrical connection is routed through the top of the tank and contains power and signal wires, as well as a breathing tube, used as a reference port, to determine atmospheric pressure.
