Torque Flanges

Reducing the effects of temperature variations improves accuracy of T10FS torque flanges.
Sept. 15, 2005

Temperature sensitivity is less than ±0.05%/10°K and impact on the zero signal is below ±0.03%/10°K. Lower linearity deviation and relative standard deviation of repeatability boost accuracy. The flanges come in eight models with nominal measuring ranges of 10 N-m to 10 kN-m with rotational speeds to 24,000 rpm. The compact design of the T10FS saves space and cost in the manufacture of test benches. A magnetic or optical speed-measuring system, with an optional reference pulse, is available on request. Frequency output is 10 kHz ± 5 kHz and an optional ±10-V analog output is available.
