The ANT130-5-V is a linear-motor-driven wedge-style vertical lift stage that offers 5-mm travel. The stage, designed for stand-alone use, can also be used with other stages for multiaxis positioning.

The units feature advanced direct-drive technology and anticreep crossed-roller bearings. The lack of hysteresis or backlash provides accurate and repeatable nanometer motion. The stage’s drive and bearing combination offers advantages in disk-drive fabrication, fiber alignment, optical-delay-element actuation, sensor testing, and scanning processes.
