Water-Based Dry-Film Lubricant

Oct. 26, 2006
Emralon TM-008, a new water-based, low-VOC, dry-film lubricant coating, provides a low coefficient of friction along with corrosion and solvent resistance for permanent lubrication applications.

The waterborne fluoropolymer lubricant can be sprayed or dip-spinned to bulk coat, fasteners, slides and rails, locks, seat-belt components, and other small parts. It features a satiny finish and provides noise suppression on fasteners and rubbing surfaces. It is also an economical alternative to short-lived liquids and flock tape.
