Zigbee Prototype Kit

The Picdem Z 2.4-GHz demonstration kit is for the design and development of wireless control and monitoring networks using Zigbee communication protocols.

It contains a PIC18LF4620 microcontroller with integrated nW technology powermanagement, 64-kbytes flash memory, and analog, control, and communications peripherals. A CC2420 2.4-GHz RF transceiver is included. The Picdem Z features support for reduced and full function devices, a PCB antenna, modular software design with cooperative multitasking, and is RTOS independent. The demonstration kit includes two motherboards, two RF cards, and a CD containing the ZigBee protocol software and PCB layout database.
