    The annual Sensors Expo in Chicago always hosts a variety of interesting sensing applications and this year's event was no exception.

Visitors could see novel energy harvesting schemes, touching sensing techniques, tiny MEMS sensors able to replace reed switches, and much more. Here are a few of the more notable displays.
