Machine Design will be among the exhibitors at the annual event focused on advances in the medical device field, which is expected to be a $600 billion market as an aging population and innovative technologies are converging to have an impact on the treatment and prevention of chronic illnesses.

The MD&M conference and expo will be co-located with four other major trade events:

  • WestPack
  • Automation Technology (ATX)
  • Design and Manufacturing West
  • Plastics West

Among the 2020 conference tracks are:

  • Exploring Emerging Technologies of the Digital Health Boom
  • User-Centered Design Strategies and Tactics for Faster Product Development
  • Advancements in Medical Plastics
  • Driving Next-Gen Design and Innovation Strategies
  • Product Development: Effective Strategies for Moving from Engineering to Production
  • Materials, Testing and Risk Management Solutions

The event also will include a 3D Printing Innovation Summit, which will explore materials trends as well as choosing the right tools and materials to support your design strategy.
