Fingerstock Gaskets

Aug. 4, 2005
Copper-beryllium fingerstock gaskets ease EMI problems by acting as conductive seals, keeping emissions out of sensitive equipment.

The elastic nature of this metal alloy means it has a repeatable cycle suitable for door closures. These gaskets provide an EMI attenuation of 124 dB at 10 MHz. They come in self-adhesive or clip-mounting versions for specific applications. Standard finishes are bright copper or tin. A wide range of profiles is available from stock. Stainless steel and phosphor bronze are available for applications where corrosion might be a problem or high cleanliness is required.
