Induction Cap Sealer Features High-Capacity Memory

Sept. 30, 2015
The latest compact induction sealer is available worldwide, with a range of features to streamline large-scale cap sealing.
Pillar Technologies introduces its latest fully-digital induction cap sealer, the iFoiler at Booth # C-3305 at the Las Vegas Pack Expo.

Now available worldwide, the iFoiler works in multiple languages and can be programmed in metric and imperial units. It features a multiple-touch-screen interface for controlling application set up, selecting sealing verification tools, and troubleshooting history. Its seal-calibration system ensures tight sealing. It offers both proportional speed control and zero-referenced speed control.

Memory functions allow the i-Foiler to save application parameters for independent operation in a range of different tasks, and sealing coils can be removed from the generator without tools for easy switching between operations.

The IFolier’s compact design enhances space capabilities and boosts energy efficiency.
