The In-Sight 500, said to have the fastest acquisition speed of any industrial vision system, can inspect parts on the fastest production lines. The highperformance, fixed-mount device comes in a rugged, IP65-rated housing. Powered by the company’s VSoC (Vision System on a Chip), the unit processes images at 500 fps with windowed acquisition.

The system achieves speeds of 100 fps at the full 1,024 × 768 pixels of resolution, and 200 fps at 640 × 480. It can also window an acquired image, which accelerates the acquisition to as high as 500 fps.
