Polypropylene-braided PTFE hose is 20% lighter than its stainlesssteel counterpart and much more flexible, making it easier to route through tight spaces. The hoses will not conduct electricity and handle many chemicals that attack stainless steel. The burn risk to users is lower since the hoses are plastic instead of metal.

Polypropylene braid comes in a light blue braid and is available in convoluted assemblies in either natural or static-dissipative tubes in sizes ranging from ½ up to 4-in. OD. The hoses operate in temperatures up to 212°F/100°C.
