  • Unit's body and teeth are made of a blended polyurethane compound for strong adhesion to tensile cords and heavy-nylon tooth facing, making the belt immune to abrasion and chemical attack

  • Aramid-fiber tensile cords for flex-fatigue life and high impact strength to handle surges

  • No metal-to-metal contact between belt and sprocket, so sprocket life is 10x longer than that of roller-chain sprockets
