Summary

Have you been interested in collaborative welding, but your specific processes have not been possible? Are you struggling to get consistent quality and strength out of your manual welding processes? Struggling to find people and keep them trained? While collaborative welding has been around for approaching a decade, most applications have been with gas metal arc welding and MIG up to this point. However, recent developments in collaborative robots have expanded the possibilities in cobot welding and made more processes possible. Our expert panelists will shed light on the value cobots bring to laser welding and spot welding while providing insights into the unique advantages and applications of these methods.

With a dive into case studies, real fabricator stories and discussing these welding techniques, we will also address the challenges faced by metal fabricators in today’s competitive market. Issues such as labor shortages, increasing quality demands, and the need for flexibility and scalability will be addressed and solutions will be presented that can help overcome these challenges. By integrating cobots into the spot welding & laser welding processes, businesses can increase productivity, create consistent weld quality, and boost welder engagement, providing a future-proof solution for metal fabricators.

This webinar is a must-attend for anyone involved in the welding industry, from business owners and managers to engineers and technicians. It promises to be an informative session filled with valuable insights and practical advice. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to learn from the experts and discover how collaborative spot welding & laser welding automation can benefit your business.

Attendees of this presentation & panel discussion will:

  • Understand the challenges facing fabricators and how cobots are elevating productivity, fostering product consistency, and enhancing employee retention in the metal fabrication industry.
  • Explore how collaborative laser welding is proving consistency for high precision, minimal heat input and high-quality welds.
  • Learn how cobots are being deployed in spot welding applications to create efficient, repeatable, and high-consistency welds in the fabshop.
