Flexible low-viscosity silicone

Oct. 25, 2007
MasterSil 151, a two-component, low-viscosity silicone, is tough and flexible.

It has an elongation at break of 160% and a 45 Shore-A hardness. It cures at room temperature or more rapidly at elevated temperatures. It is optically clear, shrinks little upon curing, has a dielectric strength of 460 V/mil, and can serve at temperatures from –65 to 400°F. Its low viscosity assures complete fill-in around complicated contours.
