A workholding system intended for CNC machining centers has snap-on jaws and face-plates, a sealed design, and a smooth operating leadscrew. Overcoming the limitations of conventional fixturing, the System 5 Unit can be used for vertical and horizontal CNC machining centers. There are several available sizes, configurations, and accessories to apply the system in workholding applications. The company also offers a solid base to develop workholding systems. Named the Foundation, it can be installed on a VMC and provide a system of fixture holes for constructing and designing any fixturing setup. Since each fixture hole is bushed and taped, fixture designers are presented with no limitations.
