Latched Display Drivers

Sept. 15, 2005
The A6800 Series of latched sinking drivers spec a 3.3-V logic supply, 10-MHz data rate, and are RoHS compliant.

The A6800 and A6801 are composed of four to eight D-type data latches with CMOS inputs and power outputs of 50 V at 350 mA using bipolar power Darlingtons.

The A6821 and A6841 include a CMOS shift register and control circuitry. Bipolar power Darlingtons handle 50 V at 500-mA outputs. The A6832 and A6833 are targeted for thermal printers or multiplexed LED or incandescent displays at currents and voltages up to 150 mA and 40 V.
