Easy Flowing 4/6 Nylon

Stanyl 46SF5030, an easy flowing polyamide 4/6 (nylon), features exceptional strength and good ductility, as well as outstanding weld line strength.

It easily molds miniature electronic components with 0.1-mmthick walls or connectors with higher pin counts and pitch values of less than 0.3 mm. The 30% glass-fiberreinforced Super Flow grade has high thermal resistance, making it suitable for lead-free soldering. It is UL rated, has the best flame-retardant property in its class, and is RoHS compliant.
