Torque Analyzer

Nov. 9, 2006
The PTT Torque and Angle Analyzer handheld device monitors and documents the torques of screwdrivers, wrenches, and power tools while products are being assembled.

After operators record readings, they can upload the data to a PC through a USB interface for sharing information on a network. This lets a company easily evaluate or confirm torque specifications or tools being used in production. The device comes with three Windows-based programs including a statistics calculator that lets operators perform basic SPC, CP, and CPK calculations.
