Available ball-screw sizes are 6 3 mm, 8 1 mm, 12 3 mm, 16 5 mm, 32 10 mm, 40 5 mm, and 40 10 mm. Applications for the hybrid ball screws include semiconductor production machines, inspection equipment, high-precision grinders, medical and dental devices, aerospace robotics, and analytical equipment.
