Voltage-Controlled Saw Oscillator

The CVCSO-914-1000 1-GHz voltagecontrolled saw oscillator (VCSO) is said to deliver low noise, low jitter, and a true sine-wave output.

The unit is for test and measurement, avionics, multipoint radios, telecom, among other applications. The VSCO uses a 5-V supply, features a 135-dBc/Hz phase noise at 10-kHz offset, and is housed in a 9 14-mm surface-mount package.
