    Model HT 03-LM vertical positioning stages give 3 mm of travel with 2- m accuracy and 20-nm repeatability.

    A compact piezo linear motor drives a 10:1-ratio gearbox. Precision crossed-roller bearings ensure smoothness of motion and high rigidity. The aluminum-alloy HT 03-LM weighs only 3.6 kg but can handle loads up to 200 N. Maximum speed is 25 mm/sec and a linear encoder provides position feedback with 0.1- m resolution.
