    Corrosion-Resistant Blower Heaters

    June 2, 2005
HD3D corrosion-resistant blower heaters provide comfort heating and freeze prevention in harsh, corrosive, dirty, and wet environments.

The HD3D works for either horizontal or vertical airflow. All standard HD3D heaters include low-profile stainlesssteel brackets direct mounting to a wall or ceiling, eliminating a separate swivel-mounting bracket. Universal swivel brackets are also available for those applications needing the heater to turn at various angles.

A NEMA-4X control box on the heater front eases installation and maintenance. A special wiring connector provides a watertight seal.

Chromalox HD3D heaters are UL approved, CSA certified for use in the U.S. and Canada, and CE marked for European markets.

Applications include wastewater treatment plants, coal-handling areas, food-processing plants, foundries, steel mills, cement plants, ships, construction sites, car washes, and swimming-pool areas.
