Clamp-Style Rail Stops

June 3, 2004
A new line of positive end stops and mounting devices for rail-mounted shafts work where conventional shaft collars do not apply.

CLAMP-STYLE RAIL STOPS

Stafford Rail Clamps function as a positive mechanical end stop or a mounting block on rail-mounted shafts. These devices slide over the end of both the shaft and support rail or come apart to permit assembly anywhere on the shaft. Machined from steel with a black-oxide finish, the clamps are offered in six sizes and adjust using a hex wrench. They can also include drilled and tapped holes for mounting components and can be made from stainless steel as a special option.
