Self-Sealing Poly Liner

Feb. 17, 2005
QuikGel is a self-sealing polyurethane liner that gives protection from tire punctures up to 1/4 in. in diameter.

The polyurethane gel membrane is said to provide constant protection against small punctures in off-road tires, and is lightweight enough so that tire and vehicle performance is not affected. It delivers sidewall coverage to the middle of the sidewall. The liner also has extra shoulder coverage for lateral punctures as well as protection in the entire tread area instead of the tread center line. It is compatible with bias or radial ply tires and suitable for use in the construction, mining, ground-support, military, material-handling, and lawn and garden industries.
