Rotor Flow Transmitter/Switch

Sept. 28, 2006
The Type 8032 "All-in-One" Inline Rotor Flow Transmitter/Switch is designed to switch a valve, pump, heater, or relay and establish an on/off control loop.

The Type 8032 "All-in-One" Inline is designed to switch a valve, pump, heater, or relay and establish an on/off control loop. Switch points can be programmed locally via three key pads on the unit display or externally using a PLC over a 4 to 20-mA loop or ASi Fieldbus. The process value can be transmitted to a PLC via a 4 to 20-mA output signal. The device measure flow rates from 0.6 to 30 fps, with switching accuracy of ± 1% fps. Fluid pressure is 230 psi. The transmitter/switch comes in stainless steel, brass, and plastic and is designed for pipe diameters of 1/2 to 2 in.
