Incline And Horizontal Conveyors

June 22, 2006
Move-It Conveyors include standard horizontal and flat-to-incline models.

There are also under and beside-the-press models, straight-incline versions for box loading and scrap removal, and Z-shaped options for applications needing tri-plane conveyors. Flat-to-incline models feature a 20 to 50° adjustable-angle frame with belts directly under the molding-machine discharge. Seamless horizontal-to-incline transitions assure smooth part transfer. And a cleated-belt option eliminates rollback and keeps difficult parts moving upward. Incline models can be equipped with an optional builtin chute to collect parts or scrap for transport to the next workstation or conveyor. All options come in most common conveyor sizes or can be customized.
