    The OPF670 Series LED transmitter family consists of a TO-46 package (OPF670), standard-profile metal housing (OPF672), and low-profile metal housing (OPF573) versions.

    The fiber-optic transmitters are designed for integration into data-communications equipment and feature an 850-nm GaAlAs LED. The devices can efficiently launch optical power into 50/125- m-diameter multimode fibers.
