A reengineering of the 2200 Series of conveyors results in improved bearing protection.

Bearings are installed into a blind housing hole instead of a through-hole for protection from premature damage or corrosion. Other features include instant belt tensioning, V-guide bed plate and belt for positive belt tracking, load capacity up to 80 lb, belt speeds up to 276 fpm, belt widths between 1.75 and 24 in., and conveyor lengths between 18 in. and 24 ft.
