Heater Control Bank

April 13, 2006
The HBC-EZ Series multizone heater control banks are compact relays premounted on a DIN-rail clip that accept ac or dc control inputs.

The relay has a preinstalled controller wiring harness for single-phase, three-phase with two poles, or three-phase with three pole applications. Features of the relays include zero cross switching; maximum output of 6 A/pole at 40°C; input control range of 4 to 15 Vdc for the dc model and 90 to 140 Vrms for the ac model; 48 to 660 Vrms operating output voltage; and transient overvoltage protection to 1,200 Vpk.
