Miniature Bar-Code Imagers

Sept. 15, 2005
The Quadrus Mini imagers offer true autofocus for industrial product identification and packaging verification.

These miniature mega-pixel imagers read both linear bar codes omnidirectionally, as well as 2D Data Matrix codes and small stacked codes such as RSS/Composite Symbology on unit dose blister packs, vials, and other pharmaceuticals. The compact size (1.8 2.10 1.0 in., weight is <2 oz) and high-resolution optics provide a wide scan window for reading code at close range or in tight spaces.
