Electronic potting compound

Electronic-grade epoxy potting and encapsulating compound 20-3063 has a dielectric strength of 450 V/mil.

It mixes in a 1:1 ratio and comes in contrasting-black and white colors to help ease visual QC mixing inspection. The general-purpose, lowviscosity (6,700 cps) compound has a 45-min pot life at 25°C and cures at room temperature to a 75 to 80 Shore-D hardness. It withstands temperatures from 40 to 130°C.
