The E-1048 Dice Smart is a remotely controllable loaddisconnecting device that matches standard four-pin automotive-relay sockets. A wear-resistant switching function makes the relay ideal for shock and vibration applications in the transportation industry and where frequent switching of inductive loads causes contact deterioration. The relay operates at 40 to 85°C without derating. The E-1048 is available in 12/24 Vdc and nine current ratings in two basic versions. The entry version offers relay functionality and shortcircuit proof switching output. The entry-protect version has additional overload protection for prompt disconnection in the event of a short circuit or overload.
