The coatings require no substrate pretreatment and provide good corrosion and abrasion resistance. In steel-pipe applications, pipes can be simultaneously coated inside and out in a fluidized bed at surface temperatures of 240°C (464°F). Other potential substrates for the coating include wood, concrete, and other polar plastics.
